Return Policy
-We apply a reflection period of 30 days from the day after receipt. Within this period, you can notify your cancellation via email or our model form. After this notification, you have 14 days to send the product back.
-The costs for returning the product are at your own expense, unless otherwise stated.
Conditions for returns
-Handle the product and packaging carefully. You may unpack and test the product as you would in a store. If you use it beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may charge a depreciation.
-If possible, return the product complete with all accessories and the original product packaging. The absence of the shipping box or opening the packaging to inspect the product does not affect your right of withdrawal, but a reasonable depreciation may be charged.
-Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for quick processing.
-Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or are custom-made are excluded from returns.
Return procedure
-Register your return via info@wingbee.nl. Include your order number and reason for return.
-Pack the product carefully. Use the original product packaging if possible. Send the package via a reliable courier with track & trace and keep your shipping receipt.
-As soon as you have the tracking number, you can email it to us to speed up processing.

Refund
-For a full return, we will refund the purchase amount plus the original shipping costs. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
-The refund will be processed within 14 days after we have received your cancellation. We may wait to refund until we have received the product or you have proven that you have sent the product.
-Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the order, unless we agree otherwise.
-Returns offered outside the reflection period or that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted.
-After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the product back.
-Customs fees are at your own expense.
